• Prevailing market rates

Due to the immediate and final nature of these transactions, refunds and cancellations are limited.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Before Transaction Completion

• Users may cancel the service before the gold valuation and payment process is completed
• No charges will be applied if the transaction is cancelled at this stage

2.2 After Transaction Completion

• Once the gold has been evaluated, accepted, and payment has been made, the transaction cannot be cancelled
• Ownership of the gold is considered transferred after successful payment

3. Refund Policy

3.1 No Refund After Successful Transaction

• Payments made against gold valuation are non-refundable once the transaction is completed
• Market price fluctuations after completion do not qualify for refunds

3.2 Failed or Incomplete Payments

• If a payment fails due to technical or banking issues after successful valuation, the amount will be re-credited or settled appropriately
• No additional charges will be applied in such cases

4. Exceptions
